Continued long term investment in QA ensures we meet the demanding challenges of modern day sourcing. As members of SATRA since 1978 we are 1 of the 7 UK SATRA approved laboratories and SATRA approved Fit Centres in the UK.

All factories producing for Comfort Plus are registered onto our factory grading list and visited by the social, ethical and technical team who assess their individual capabilities. All orders are inspected at source with feedback given about needle policy/metal contamination controls, general health & safety and factory welfare conditions. Our practices are always evolving in line with new legislation such as the requirements of REACH. As an added benefit to those customers requiring third party audits we have a long established relationship with Bureauveritas and are AB members of SEDEX.
